Once payment has been made, all orders leave our fulfilment centre or manufacturer within 24 hours. They will be sent to the shipping company and from there it will be completely handled by them.

Shipping times vary for different locations.

Shipping orders to:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 2- 5 working days
  • USA & Canada: 2-10 working days
  • Rest of the World: 5-10 working days

Our fulfilment centres are located across Europe ( UK, Italy & France)  but we also dispatch directly from the manufacturers.

This depends on the quantity of product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. At various times we will run promotional shipping deals with free shipping over a certain order amount.

A text message will be sent to you to let you know of delivery time slot and date.
Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. If no one is at home, the courier company will leave a collection slip and you will have to contact them to collect your package or rearrange delivery.

A shipping confirmation email and your tracking number will be emailed to you once available.

Throughout the process we will send out at least 2 emails, an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation email.  Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there in case you haven't received it.

We have a large assortment of products stocked in different fulfilment centre. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by passed, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items.

Returns by Post or Courier

The cost of returning the item to us is your liability.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection; we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service.
We cannot refund return items lost in the post.

Taking Care of Our Goods

You will naturally wish to inspect the products you order and try them on for size. However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

Please ensure you do not damage the items (or the packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed garments and gift items) and, if you wish to return anything, that it reaches us in perfect condition. Where an item has a return swing ticket attached, it must still be attached and undamaged upon return.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

Depending on whether we have sent out your order already, we are able to process your order cancellation and refund your money. However, if the order has already been processed, you may have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return them to us.
